Auto-Z Probing Setup!
Colt Router & Mach3
* Grounding Spindle of Colt Router
The spindle shaft of the Boush Colt Router is not grounded (meaning there is no continuity between the shaft and router). For Z-Probing to work as it should :), you will need to ground the shaft first. This is easily done.

- Holder is for Brush Size: 5x5x10mm
- Download my 3D File HERE
- Drill bit 9.49mm (25/64 bit)
I used a different brush for my initial setup, (05 RC car motor) and a pen spring. However, this holder is for 5x5x10 mm brush with or without spring found on Amazon or Ebay.
Wire runs through the top of the housing.
Drill a 9.49mm (25/64) hole in the center of the housing. You will also need to drill this in the cap.
Mount the holder with the brush and spring inside.
When the tool and the metal plate touch, PROBE ACTIVE must light up... this ensures things are working right.
For my setup I have PROBE Enabled and set to Port #1 Pin 15 with Active Low
