 Here are some Wooden sings from my router!
Some Finer Details:

- Fonts: From www.dafont.com
- Cliparts: Download from websites and traced out in Rhino 3D or vectored using signblazer
- Bits: 1.58 mm (1/16") or 1.58 mm fishtail router or 1/8" straight bit router


Sign for my Little Girls Room

Setup

Endmill: 1.58mm
Wood: White Pine
Cut Time: 59 min
Design Time: 1 hour
Try: 5th try

Here is the piece. I ran out of wood so I stole the wooden TV tray. Hey, it's good for cutting as well as eating on.

Here is the part just finished. I used a 1/8" endmill, 2 3mm passes.

Here is the piece. A sign for my little girl's room. Almost 18 inches long. Just need to dress up the edges.

Setup

Endmill: 1/8" router bit and 1/16" bit
Wood: Aspen
Cut Time: 45 min
Design Time: 1 hour
Try: 2nd try

HINT: Cut the letters out first than pocket the rest of the drawing.

Size: 7 inches
Time: 23 min cut time each
Deburr: about 10 min each
