Engine	OS 91 SZH with Muscle Pipe II
Transmitter	JR 8103 with 770 PCM receiver
Pinion	10 tooth
Servos	Cyclic/Collective Futaba 9252
Gyro	Futaba GY-401 with 9254 servo
Rx Battery	Fromeco 2400 Relion lithium-ion with Fromeco regulator (Don't get the Peerless unless you are oversea than you have no choice). Talking with Fromeco, Peerless is only made to get to the international market and has more things to go wrong... I know, my peerless died in flight on my raptor 50.
Blades	SAB 710 mm (huge!)
Paddles	V-Paddles
Tail Blades	V-Tail blades, I think 105mm

Beautifully machined parts, the head is massive	The WORST manual I have seen!! Horrible, who wrote this and where are the missing pages??????
Parts fit well together, excellent looking kit	Torque tube is incredibly difficult to get into the boom.
Love the finishing screws and washers	The bushings in the washout had to be turned about 1 mm each to remove the play.
Awesome, A- for fit and finish	No main blades given, not even one set of woodies to break in the heli with.

Drilling a hole for the magnet in the fan. Using the throttle jockey.	Here we are! A perfect fit.	OS .91 SZ-H	Muscle Pipe II. For the price is should of been polished. I polished it with Mother Mag Wheel Polish. Awesome now :)
2-26-2006 First test flight. Going well!! Lots of smoke from this thing :)	1st Flight BAM! The heli stopped responding! See below for details on how this could have been prevented... Not even 5 min on a new set of SABs :( 2-28-2006	Here is the one pin that did it! No the connector never looked like this but I mushed it apart to see the pin. Intermittent contact on your 90 is not your friend! I lucked out on this one! Repair $115.00 (mostly blades)	Lathe to the rescue. 30 min of work (watching Rosanne :) and we have new pitch arms. I elected to make them smaller :) 2-28-2006

FLIGHT LOG

2-26-2006	Engine started right up. I found glitching while the engine was running with the JR FM rx. Never had a problem in my raptor 50. Aborted flight after range check came out clear but glitching happened with engine running.
2-27-2006	Bought a JR PCM RX 770. Plugged in the on/off switch and RX did not turn on even though I have the wire clearly labled for "RX." Did not think much of it (in a hurry to fly) and plugged the other wire from the on/off switch in, worked fine. Later, while getting everything back in gear, I figured I should have the "right" plug in (not that it mattered) and put the other on/off plug back in to the RX and it worked * Range check and all is great! * Note: This should of been caught here...why didn't the rx turn on when I connected it to the on/off switch here... I "rushed" through it.
2-28-2008	1st flight hovering about 1 foot off the ground and it locked up, not input and the heli went in slowing to the left.. BAM $100 SABs gone. Got the heli and all was well. Figured maybe that is what "failsafe" is. Removed the canopy and my friend Nick, went to check the crystal and the the heli TURNED OFF! Wiggle the on/off switch wire and it turned on...then offf, then on. WOW.,,,I LUCKED OUT ON THIS ONE!! See above.
