Measure twice, cut once. I don't use large bits like this and have to admit my heart was pounding waiting for something to fly off. Luckily nothing did and the mount came out great! The hardest part is tapping the holes and cleaning off the edges. Next time I will program the machine to cut the chamfer on the edges too.
