I am using the K2 machine with a 1/2 router bit (!!). A lot of aluminum thrown everywhere but the cut came out very clean. No problem cutting this aluminum.

Here the machine is uctting the inner circle for the new router.

The part is almost done.

I am tapping by hand for the screw which will pinch the mount together to hold the router.

I had to cut a new plate for the mount to mount too.

Here it is...ready to go.

All done! It works very well !!
